1-IT Operations Assistant
Full Time
Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Gujranwala, Multan, Faisalabad, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Completion of secondary school education. Diploma of Associate Engineering in Electrical Technology supplemented by Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT
B- Minimum of 3 to 4 Years of IT experience, preferably with NGO’s/INGO’s and UN in a similar role. Has experience resolving level 1 IT issues, operations of computers, hardware maintainence, trouble shooting & Software support.
Job Requirements:
A- Attention to detail, ability to organize paperwork in a methodical way.
B- Discreet, details and clients-oriented, patient and willing to learn new things; and,
C- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finances, or related field with four years of relevant professional experience.
D- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail, Outlook; previous experience in SAP is a distinct advantage;
