Job Responsibilities:
A- Monitor complaints of hired vehicles.
B- Ensure closure of complaints within TAT.
C- Present performance of Fleet Solutions team.
D- Extract Fleet Solutions Complaint data and perform analysis.
Job Requirements:
A- Experience with SAP MM module preferred.
B- Bachelors Degree with specialization in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred.
C- 2 year’s experience with 1 year experience in complaint and customer management preferred.
