Job Responsibilities:
1- Lead the development and execution of holistic content strategies for the platform.
2- Ability to participate in creative concepting and Influencer teams and then be able to execute with constant monitoring to achieve business objectives.
3- Participate in content creation with team members, including but not limited to deliverables such as content matrices, etc.
4- Mentor team members to increase their impact, develop their strengths, and providing regular performance feedback, check-ins, and reviews for content uplift.
Job Requirements:
1- 4. Proficient in English and Pakistan local language.
2- Over 3 years experience of content operations preferred.
3- Has experience at least in one of the following fields: trending topics, comedy, Acting, or knowledge/educational content operations.
4- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or above in journalism, media, communications, marketing and English.
