Job Responsibilities:
1- Work as a trusted partner with brand managers to co-create launch plans for new assets.
2- Anticipate bottlenecks, explore contingencies, and provide escalation management throughout new product launch.
3- Build, maintain, and communicate product launch plans and track the deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies from the cross functional launch team
4- Ensures an adequate process for planning and handover, for the respective BU teams to take over once formal commercialization is approved.
Job Requirements:
1- Good communication skills.
2- A prior business development experience will be an added advantage.
3- Pharmacy graduate/MBBS/Bachelors /MBA from a reputable institution.
4- At least three years of pharmaceutical marketing and/or sales experience required.
