Job Responsibilities:
A- Provides reports and analyses on the learning portfolio from the LMS, taking actions if improvements are needed.
B- Manages the handling of issues and participates in testing of improvements. Creates and publishes new items in the LMS as appropriate.
C- Coordinates with other training portfolios on attendance and requirements, and responsible for communications with key business contacts where appropriate.
D- Coordinates / administrates the portfolio of learning activities in area of responsibility, understanding the business need and context, and forecasting upcoming delivery where appropriate.
Job Requirements:
A- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
B- MBA/MA or equivalent in HR or related area from an accredited university.
C- Strong organizational & planning skills with keen attention to detail.
D- 4+ years experience preferably experience in Learning and Development within a multinational environment.
