A- Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call.
B- Achieve established standards for call handling quality, accuracy and productivity.
C- Capture customer’s query / request / complaint as per bank’s standard operating procedures.
D- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company

Job Requirements:

A- Minimum Education Bachelors.
B- Fresh – 2 Years(Fresh or 1-2 years of relevant experience).
