1-Executive Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
A- You will provide a range of administrative support to effectively provide leverage to the consultants.
B- In this role, your responsibility will include travel scheduling, file organization, expense report submission and accounting administration. You will also maintain calendars for assigned consultants, handle all phone calls in a professional and efficient manner and develop effective relationships with the individuals in which you support.
C- You will produce accurate, properly formatted documents and reports, frequently under tight time constraints. You will also support the planning and execution of major projects, conferences and other off-site meetings while working collaboratively with other executive assistants to ensure backup coverage.
Job Requirements:
A- Proactive and strong attention to detail.
B- College or secretarial school required; University degree preferred.
C- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
D- 3+ years of administrative assistant experience in a corporate or professional environment, working for senior-level management.
