Job Responsibilities:
A- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment.
B- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
C- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
D- Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Job Requirements:
A- 5 to 7 years of experience
B- Knowledge of Office responsibilities, systems and procedures.
C- Proficiency in MS Office. (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
D- Bachelors’ Degree in Administration
