Job Responsibilities:
A- Setup initiatives for all markets to improve the captain payment experience
B- Think out of the box solutions to increase the speed and frequency of payouts
C- Develop new channels for Pay-ins for Captains in all markets
D- Monitor spend on Pay-ins and Pay-outs and suggest key optimization strategies
Job Requirements:
A- Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills
B- Proficiency in building excel models, spreadsheets, Tableau dashboards
C- Experience with Tech and ability to propose out of the box solutions
D- 8+ years of related experience in Financial services and Operations
