Job Responsibilities:
A- Provide support to newly recruited candidates.
B- Report weekly to management regarding all work rendered.
C- Maintain a high level of care and confidentiality when handling candidate and staffing matters.
D- Promote employee communication activities and channels to encourage feedback from staff and salespeople
Job Requirements:
A- 4 year Post Graduate Bachelors degree.
B- 4-5 years of experience in a Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Relationship Environment.
C- Previous experience in talent acquisition, the staffing industry is desirable but not mandatory.
D- Tactful communicator able to exchange ideas and customer information in a concise and logical way.
