1-People Services Specialist
Full Time
Karachi, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Liaise with external suppliers as appropriate to deliver HR services
B- Support continuous improvement activities to further simplify and standardise processes
C- Act as Local Process Owner for either Supporting Technology, JLR and / or Data in the market.
D- Own the data quality of our systems and ensure appropriate follow-up with employees / line managers to secure this
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelors/Masters in HR
B- 1-3 Years of Experience in a similar role and demonstrated knowledge of HR processes and systems
