Job Responsibilities:
1- Create better customer experience in close collaboration with category leads.
2- Work with above country teams to provide strategic / brand / operating plans.
3- Responsible to design and execute interventions to maximize the value by providing innovative solutions tailored to different stakeholders.
4- Ensure launch preparation and launch excellence for novel assets cross categories through development of launch strategy and market preparedness.
Job Requirements:
1- Advance track record in leading and managing multidisciplinary and complex projects.
2- Broad knowledge and experience of the Pakistan healthcare and pharmaceutical environment
3- Creative thinker that thrives in finding impactful solutions and courageous to lead breakthroughs.
4- University Degree required, strong preference for MBBS. 10+ Experience within healthcare, digital healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical devices, or affiliated industry. Marketing experience will be highly preferred.
