1-Program Specialist(IT)
Full Time
Islamabad, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Manage the design and implementation of technical components / activities under the HEDP project.
B- Assessing project performance to identify success factors and incorporate best practices into project work.
C- Prepare reports for all the stakeholders including World Bank identifying slippages, risks, mitigation measures etc.
D- Manages a detailed schedule of activities, identifying major milestones and critical tasks. Identify successful and non-successful component elements to help with lessons learned.
Job Requirements:
A- Hands-on experience of report writing.
B- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to balance persistence with tact, when liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
C- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to understand complex problems and to advise on appropriate solutions.
D- A Bachelors/Masters degree (16 years of education) from a reputable national/international University in Computer Science or related discipline.
