Job Responsibilities:
A- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
B- Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with QA team.
C- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
D- Maintain a weekly check as to whether the team is improving and to take appropriate actions.
Job Requirements:
A- Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards.
B- Proven experience of +2 years in quality assurance or a similar field.
C- Minimum academic qualifications: Bachelors/ Master (preferably BBA/ related field).
D- Able to use computers software efficiently including MS Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint].
