1-Quality Assurance Executive
Full Time
Karachi, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Maintain desired levels of productivity & accuracy of Content Created.
B- Maintain desired levels of productivity & accuracy of Audits performed by self.
C- Coach front-line agents on overall SOP, Process, and new changes.
D- Support the team to drive process/experience improvement projects.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
B- Fluency in English
C- Minimum 2 years of experience in Vendor / Customer care auditing, experience in Content Team is a plus.
