Job Responsibilities:
A- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
B- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
C- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to the sales team.
D- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Job Requirements:
A- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
B- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
C- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
D- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
