Job Responsibilities:
A- To document outcomes using the ticketing system, analysing and resolving queries.
B- To establish relationships with customers and suppliers to improve the level of support required.
C- To actively create and contribute to knowledge bases and other such continuous learning mechanisms within the team.
D- To assist in the compilation and maintenance of an accurate inventory of hardware and software and associated technical documentation.
Job Requirements:
A- Minimum 04 years relevant experience
B- Minimum Education: Masters
C- Experience of Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 support
D- High standard of written and spoken English and Pashto
