1- Service Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
A- Responsible for continuous process improvements in the process. Manage all required reporting and documentation and ensure all necessary data has been registered in a timely manner in the system.
B- Build and maintain sustainable relationship with customer and manage customer requirements and customer enquiries, ensure continuous communication. Coordinate, plan, schedule and oversee all service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts and logistics for site.
Job Requirements:
A- Technical skills in turbocharging and internal combustion engines.
B- Ability to differentiate profit and loss, treat a customer in a commercial relationship.
C- Bachelors / Masters degree in Business/Mechanical Engineering/Supply Chain Function.
D- Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in Technical Commercial Operation. ERP / SAP knowledge preferred.
