Job Responsibilities:
A- Assisting Service Operations manager to deliver on customer SLA
B- Staying updated on and presenting planned activities for the platform
C- Challenging vendors / functional teams on suggested workarounds and costs
Job Requirements:
A- Minimum 1 year work experience in HR support
B- Customer service oriented: Excellent communication skills and positive customer-centric attitude
C- Some experience of customer services / contact centers in an international setup
