1-Skills Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
A- Researches and evaluates training programs, assessment center and materials.
B- Assessment of the initiatives regarding skills development in TVET sector of the Punjab with the focus on impact of those initiatives
C- Provide strategic technical guidance on market-driven workforce development methodologies, private sector partnerships etc.
D- Design activities that will decrease barriers to youth access to post-secondary training and/or market-driven workforce development programs leading to employment or self-employment of youth in Punjab.
Job Requirements:
A- Age Limit 30 – 55
B- 16 years of education in Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities or relevant from HEC recognized university equivalent with 07 years post qualification relevant experience in reputed public or private organizations.
