Job Responsibilities:
A- Troubleshoot issues reported by business via support tickets
B- Managing operations to ensure that BAU is not getting impacted.
C- Proactively take steps to ensure functioning of all the running bots.
D- Participate in automation tools upgrades and related testing.
Job Requirements:
A- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
B- Analytical mindset and strong in logical reasoning.
C- Strong desire to learn new automation tools, including RPA, data automation and visualization.
D- Proven Expertise in Blue Prism. Expertise in other RPA tools (UIPath, Power Automate, etc, a plus).
