1-Technical Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:
A- Develop and release job postings on different recruitment platforms.
B- Assist in onboarding of new hires to ensure they have a smooth first day.
C- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database.
D- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.
Job Requirements:
A- 1+ years’ of work experience as a technical recruiter.
B- Comfortable periodically recruiting for non-technical roles.
C- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field.
D- Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems.
