1-ICT Assistant
Full Time
Quetta, Peshawar, Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Provide installation and troubleshooting support to the Federal office’s ICT related equipment.
B- Assist in maintaining checklists, procedures and processes for effective ICT infrastructure support and service delivery
C- Assist in conducting reviews with regards to support capacity, availability and reliability of ICT infrastructure and services being provided in the Federal Office.
D- Perform regular back-ups of critical data at the Federal level in accordance with the established protocol.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s degree in the related field (eg. IT, Networking, Computer Science
B- Prior experience working with Cisco switches and routers is an asset.
C- Knowledge of Windows/Linux platforms is a preferred requirement.
D- Up-to-date knowledge of computer software and applications being utilized in the IT field.
