1-Visa Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
A- responsible for performing a variety of customer service functions to ensure the efficient and lawful provisions of consular and visa service to the public.
B- Provides translation during interviews and from documents.
C- S/he is required to assist and provide support to Team Leads, all officers and IV Chief as needed.
Job Requirements:
A- Completion of Secondary School Certificate (10 years) is required.
B- Minimum two years of experience in office clerical or administrative work involving contact with the public is required.
C- Level IV (fluent) Reading/Writing/Speaking of English and Urdu is required. Level III (good working knowledge) Reading/Writing/Speaking of Dari/Persian is required. English and Dari/Persian language skills may be tested.
D- The incumbent must have advanced keyboard and standard IT software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.) skills
