Job Responsibilities:
A- Management may consider any of the following when determining successful candidacy: nepotism, conflicts of interest, budget, and residency status.
B- The candidate must be able to obtain and hold the local security certification.
C- Candidates who are EFMs, USEFMs, AEFMs, or MOHs must have at least one year remaining on their sponsor’s tour of duty to be considered eligible to apply for this position.
D- Current employees who have voluntarily been reassigned/promoted from one position to another are not eligible to apply for six months from the effective date of the reassignment/promotion.
Job Requirements:
A- Minimum three years of experience in library work is required.
B- Completion of University degree (16 years of education) in Library and Information Science, or social sciences or humanities is required.
C- Level III (Good working knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing of English and Pushto is required and may be tested. Level IV (Fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing knowledge of Urdu is required.
