1- Support QA Representative
Full Time
Islamabad, Pakistan
End Date: Feb-01-2021
Responsibilities:
A. Objectively evaluates and audits customer interactions week over week, hitting their assigned target for the time period in question.
B. Audits & evaluates all negative CSAT complaints; compiles analysis and reports on findings.
C. Is a subject matter expert in all things that pertain to scoring and evaluations, answering any questions from internal customers about scores given and notes made on interactions.
Requirements:
A. 1+ years Quality Assurance experience.
B. 3-5 years of Support experience (external) or 1 year of KT support (internal).
C. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
