Job Responsibilities:
A- Creation of the graduating alumni batch accounts.
B- Handling Alumni queries efficiently (Email, Phone calls and walk in).
C- Processing of Alumni Cards /Clearance of graduating batch.
D- Handling Alumni social media platforms and Alumni Website.
Job Requirements:
A- 1-2 years of relevant experience are required
B- Bachelor’s Hons or Master’s degree from HEC recognized University
C- Business communication like letters, emails, phone call etiquettes
D- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
