1-Manager Corporate Affairs & Legal

Lahore, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Responsible for providing overall corporate secretarial and regulatory compliance support to the Deputy Company Secretary and external corporate communications services including designing and developing annual and sustainability corporate reports
B- maintenance of websites, publication of ads, notices in newspapers, etc. The corporate services include drafting of minutes
C- This position also provides support for handling of shares registrar department affairs and other related issues of shares department and shareholders including shares transmission, succession, and dividend payments.
Job Requirements:
A- Qualification from the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan ICSP along with a masters degree in commerce or finance, partly qualified ICMA or ACCA or CA.
B- The candidate may have 6 to 7 years of experience in managing corporate secretarial matters and handling external corporate communications with a public listed company.
