1-Manager Digital Partners

Job Responsibilities:
A- Oversee BD pipeline with rigorous discipline and tracking of our partnership initiatives across the cluster markets to ensure we deliver impact
B- Organize, resource and drive cross-organizational working groups focused on key fintech topics for Mastercard including the tracking and reporting of overall Fintech pipeline as well as go-to-market enabling initiatives
C- Responsible for onboarding partners for F&E programs including complex contract negotiations with fintech participants.
Job Requirements:
A- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements – startup experience a plus
B- Possesses a passion for and experience of the startup and Fintech community
C- MBA, Masters or other advanced degree in strategy, marketing, technology, communications, innovation, entrepreneurship or other related field a plus
D- Demonstrated ability to be agile, entrepreneurial, self starter, and taking accountability and drive to desired results with passion, ambition and aptitude.
