1– SENIOR PROFESSIONAL – MARKETING & COMMERCIAL

Job Responsibilities:
A. Support new ventures via commercial and business model structuring (TA, SPAs etc.) and negotiations; derive conditions precedent for Board approvals.
B. Support Strategic Planning and Corporate Planning Departments for business case/model preparation and investment thesis approvals.
C. Focal point on oil, gas and energy markets in Pakistan and abroad as well as interface with the industry on supply, demand and other matters.
D. Ongoing determination of addressable market and market share.
Job Requirements:
A. The candidate should be an MBA (Marketing) or possess any equivalent/ higher degree from reputed local or foreign university with minimum 15 years’ experience in downstream oil and gas sector, power, oil and gas desk/investment house, multinational IOC/NOC (Middle East), out of which at least 5 years’ experience in commercial management.
B. Candidate should have detailed knowledge of local, regional and global oil, gas and energy sector with thorough understanding of oil market structure and regulatory landscape.
C. Should have solid grounding in business case preparation with an ability to engage top level industry persons.
