Lahore, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Record lectures and other events.
B- Take phone calls, logging and assigning tickets at Helpdesk and providing appropriate solution to the customer.
C- Provide support to classrooms staff regarding multimedia issues on daily basis.
D- Verification of classroom multimedia’s and coordinate with vendors for timely resolution of the problems.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized university
B- Work in rotating shifts and on weekend.
C- Good English communication skills.
D- Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10, Linux, and Mac Operating Systems.
