Job Responsibilities:
A- Provide administrative support to the editorial team.
B- Provide booking and logistical support for remote and in-person activities.
C- Keep records of financial, logistical, and human resource matters.
D- Deal with local vendors and contractors and ensure their payments.
Job Requirements:
A- A good command of spoken and written English is a must, as is a basic knowledge of management programmes like Microsoft Excel.
B- Excellent interpersonal skills able to establish and maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally.
C- A keen eye for detail with an understanding of data entry and the importance of maintaining data accuracy.
