1- Quality Specialist
Full Time
Sheikhupura, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A. Develop competencies of line staff on food safety, hygiene, quality and Traceability, and commitment to zero defect in products. To keep all relevant stake holders on board for communications related to Product and Quality Issues.
B. Implementation of Nestlé Quality Management System at plant level from End to End by keeping the compliance at all level from Raw Materials to Finished Products.
C. Ensure the correct functioning of the laboratory, including personnel safety, availability of equipment and training of technicians. Ensure adequate analytical competence to perform the required analyses and adequate monitoring of rapid methods.
D. Ensure adherence to good hygienic practices at plant. Ensure the correct implementation and supervision of the plant pest management programme.
Job Requirements:
A. Master’s degree in Chemistry/Total Quality Management/ Food Technology with Quality related experience is required (Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience is preferred).
B. Personnel Supervision (of technical teams, contractors or other 3rd parties).
C. Extensive collaboration and communication with corporate team (Brand. CQA, Procurement, consumer services).
D. Self-Management following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactively tracking them.
