Full Time
Lahore, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Manage student-related enquiries aligned with service level agreements.
B- Provide general enrolment advice, emotional support and technical assistance.
C- Manage and maintain data integrity of student management system.
D- Works closely together with the Navitas In-Country teams to ensure optimal coverage of the market.
Job Requirements:
A- Previous experience within a customer service focused role.
B- Excellent attention to detail due to specific course/visa requirements.
C- Intimate understanding of student enrolment requirements, processes and procedures.
D- Has successfully worked in a KPI driven environment achieving sales targets.
