Job Responsibilities:
A- Receive and cater to inbound calls and promote client’s product/service
B- Respond with customers, track, and resolve any issues regarding products/services
C- Maintain swift responses to customers through email and/or chat
D- Identify rapport-building opportunities
Job Requirements:
A- O Levels/Matric or above
B- Excellent Written and Verbal English communication
C- Proficiency with MS Office (Particularly MS Excel and MS Word)
