Job Responsibilities:
A- Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Team
B- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to develop business and individuals
C- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
D- Maintains accurate records of sales and activity reports
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelors of Master degree from a reputable university
B- 3-5 years’ experience in sales management & good track record as FLSL.
C- To effectively lead a team of FLSLs
D- To have demonstrated record of developing and implementing Sales Planning & Activities
