1-Senior Admin Officer

Job Responsibilities:
A- Answering queries by employees and clients.
B- Preparing regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
C- Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts.
D- Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed.
Job Requirements:
A- Candidates must be a i.e., BS /MS from any recognized university.
B- Proven experience working in an office environment.
C- Proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
D- Notable organizational skills and the ability to provide organization and structure that others can follow.
