1-Sr Compliance Manager
Full Time
Islamabad, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Ensure compliance of employment laws, liaison with EOBI, Social Security and other Labour Forums
B- Confirm Outsourcing of business operations and agreements with CBA within legal parameters.
C- Collaborate with other departments for smooth execution of regulatory compliance programs.
D- Take measures to sort out pending litigation of employees in collaboration with other stakeholders (HR, IR & Legal)
Job Requirements:
A- Degree from HEC recognized university in Law
B- In addition to LLB, “post-graduation preferably”
C- Experience of telecom shall be an added advantage
