Job Responsibilities:
A- Ensure proper and timely communication with the customer as per DOI
B- Maintaining the follow up MI, identifying RP and root cause and identifying mass errors.
C- Update CEMS to enable fast and accurate resolution
D- Ensure Participation in team meetings, discussion & change, which would improve efficiency & productivity
