1-Support Manager

Job Responsibilities:
A- Conducts internal and external trainings to existing clients, and internal teams, using strong soft skills to engage the audience.
B- Becomes the subject-matter expert of the products assigned to him/her, intimately understanding their functionalities and features.
C- Identify KPIs and monitor, evaluate, and record training activities and program effectiveness.
D- Serve as point of contact for all product training and documentation needs;
Job Requirements:
A- Strong project management and organizational skills.
B- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills in INSERT LOCAL LANGUAGE and English.
C- Flexibility and resourcefulness to manage changing business requirements, projects, and resources, adapting accordingly and positively.
D- BA/BS degree required; MS/MBA preferred.
