Qualification-
Minimum two years of receiving and forwarding the telephone calls experience is required.
The incumbent must have a through understanding of internal offices and the switchboard operations.
Completion of Secondary School Certificate (10 years of education) is required.
The incumbent must have basic knowledge of MS Office Suite in order to generate schedules and reports. Must have ability to efficiently update the Embassy telephone database. Skills and abilities may be tested.
