1-Customer Services Representative
Full Time
Lahore, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Understand the market’s specific supply chain needs and work to continously optimise & improve supply chain operations
B- Secure supply chain integrity of packaging material including order management, design administration, invoicing, logistics & inventory management
C- Interact with various internal and external stakeholders like Planning, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Sales & Marketing and ultimately Customer Representatives
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent
B- Proficient in English verbal/written communication
C- Technically adept in softwares and tools
D- Fresh or up to 2 years of experience in Supply Demand Planning or Customer / Key Account Management
