1-Corporate Service Officer
Full Time
Lahore, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities:
A- Retention & churn management (CLM, periodic calls)
B- Responsible for Gross adds in existing base (upselling, cross selling, referrals, and new VAS solutions sales)
C- Build relationships and proactively cross-sell and up-sell and full range of Voice, Mobile Data and ESS solutions to the client base.
D- Achievement of regional sales & service targets Ensure smooth customer handling and experience management.
Job Requirements:
A- Preferably a Business Graduate.
B- Minimum 1-2 years in the similar role
C- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Business Communication
D- Excellent communications skills with a clear, confident and articulate telephone manner.
